Our 5th annual conference for patient advocates, scientists and clinicians will be held February 11 and 12, 2016. The conference will be held at the Trippenhuis in Amsterdam, home to the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Inspire2live is an independent patient advocacy organization that makes a difference for cancer patients. Members of the organization have invested a lot of energy and time during the past five years in setting up cancer research in cooperation with patients, clinicians and researchers and always with the aim of implementing the best cancer care and the access to the best cancer care in various countries.

Each annual conference has a theme; this year’s theme will be: ‘Walk the extra mile for patients’. We ask top keynote speakers from all the stakeholders around the patients with cancer to clearly tell us what the biggest hurdle to take in their own profession is to help the patient in a better way than they can and do now. We emphasize that we want to know what they can do about it themselves with or without the help of others. The conference will focus on stakeholders in the field of: patients, clinicians, researchers, government, industry (pharmaceutical and medical equipment) and health insurers.
