Inspire2Live Annual Congress – 2026

Inspire2Live Annual Congress 2026 | Amsterdam, March 30 and 31 at the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences

Mind the Gap

The experience of cancer is life changing. Whether as long-term survivors or as loved ones of those who have died from the disease, we are never quite the same—and we never see life the same way again. The ever-present awareness of life and death places us in a constant state of reflection. Within this space, a quiet resilience emerges. It sharpens our focus, helping us to recognise gaps that once went unnoticed—and compels us to ask urgent, deeply human questions: How can we prevent cancer? How can we detect it earlier? How can we make access to all treatments a reality for every person, everywhere? How can we help ease the suffering when there is no more treatment? How can we raise awareness in ways that truly mobilise action—action driven by compassion, commitment, and courage—to close the gaps that lead to so many deaths?

Our work is grounded in robust science. Years of dedicated research have provided us with the knowledge we need to drive real, lasting progress. But knowledge alone is not enough. To act on it, you must feel the urgency—the passion to start the changes so desperately needed in healthcare. It is only when you truly feel the gap that you can begin to see it, and only then can you act to close it.

We believe—with deep conviction—that cancer can be brought under control globally. But this can only happen if we come together and put the patient at the very heart of healthcare. With over 100 professional volunteers across more than 45 countries, Inspire2Live is building a global movement. We bring together all stakeholders in healthcare—patients, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders—during our congress, where real change takes root. And when you’re there, you can see it happening, right in front of your eyes.

We are humanising healthcare. Globally. Please, mind the gap with us.

Our congresses have proven to be the start of many initiatives
