I am passionate about understanding how organisations function and can remain relevant throughout my entire career. I often take on a leadership role in this regard because having a passion without execution leads to nothing. Globally transforming cancer into a chronic disease is an immense ambition that requires an adaptive organisation, as the challenges continuously demand a targeted approach.

Unfortunately, like so many people, I also have to deal with the consequences of this disease in my personal life.

As a board member, I would like to contribute to this organization in order to collectively achieve this important goal.
