I serve as a patient advocate with Inspire2Live and am the founder of NIAMBIO, a boutique consulting firm providing strategic advisory services for the development and global commercialization of innovative clinical diagnostic technologies. At NIAMBIO, we work with pharmaceutical companies developing therapies that rely on diagnostic testing, clinical laboratories offering advanced testing services, and diagnostic companies looking to innovate, build, and successfully launch new clinical diagnostics in global markets. My Professional Background: o I bring over 25 years of global experience in in vitro diagnostic (IVD) development and commercialization, with a strong track record across oncology, neurological disorders, infectious diseases, rare diseases, and digital health. My career spans leadership roles in R&D, program management, business and corporate development, and strategic consulting. Most recently, I served as a senior leader in the Precision Medicine Practice at Veranex, where I played dual roles as Business Development Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this capacity, I supported biopharma and diagnostics clients across IVD and digital health strategy, guiding projects from early-stage innovation, and evidence generation, market development, through to commercialization. o Prior to Veranex, I worked as Managing Director at Diaceutics, leading corporate and business development initiatives while managing client engagement in precision medicine. Earlier, at Leica Biosystems, I directed companion diagnostics (CDx) development programs and led regulatory submission strategies. At Immunetics, I headed Molecular Diagnostics programs for infectious diseases, successfully advancing IVD tests from concept to commercial implementation in areas such as multi drug resistant bacteria, invasive fungal infections, and parasite identification. o Earlier in my career, I held client-facing technical consulting and application development roles with increasing responsibility at Febit and Kamtek Inc. o I earned MBA from Babson College (Massachusetts, USA) and an M.Sc. in Genetics from Haryana Agricultural University (India).

• Through my work on real-world implementation of innovative in vitro diagnostic technologies, I began to see clear gaps - not in science, but in awareness, access, and adoption.
