Who am I
I’m Aishwarya. I’m trained as an engineer and work in medical device research, where I spend much of my time translating ideas into physical systems. I’m guided just as much by people as by technology. I’m drawn to personal stories and to how individuals live through uncertainty, adapt to change, and make meaning from experiences that are often difficult to put into words.
Why
I have joined Inspire2Live because I realised that working in healthcare also means engaging with uncertainty, emotion, and very personal journeys - things that aren’t taught in technical training.
While working on medical technologies, I became aware that every person’s experience is different. There is no single story, no standard response, and no universal solution. What helps one person may not help another, and sometimes what people need most is not advice or innovation, but understanding and presence.
Specialties
Moving between technical reasoning and human stories. Sitting with uncertainty, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging in conversations that evolve over time. Bridging ideas, experience, and care.
