Inspire2Live is part of this Radiology and AI project. Through classic radiology only three positions in the tumour are followed during treatments. Each position is measured and after 3 cycles (example) of treatments measured again. Through AI we can measure every position of the tumour and be more accurate. This will be of benefit for patients for it is expected (hypothesis) that 20% of the treatments is in reality NOT positive. Patients are treated that way with a treatment that is not good and have the possibility to step into a (another) trial. Lead investigator is Stefano Trebeschi from the Dutch Cancer Institute.
