Prof. Khama Rogo
About Khama Rogo
Professor Rogo is a retired representative of Africa at the World Bank and has now dedicated his live to help cancer patients in his country Kenya and his continent Africa. Management of cancer is inadequate incomplete if there is no peer support system. Unfortunately for Africa, this support is lacking or insufficient, more so for the isolated cases in our rural areas where most of them live. It is critical for peer support to be integrated as an essential component of all national cancer strategies and programs in the region. Partnerships with Inspire2Live organization is an excellent entry point for this endeavour.
Inspire2Live is connected to professor Rogo because we were introduced by professor Joep Lange, a good friend of Khama. Professor Lange dedicated his live to helping (HIV/AIDS) patients and died in the MH17 crash. Inspire2Live works together with professor Rogo to be more successful in Kenya and Africa in general.
