This project, or ‘activity’ is very much inspired by IARC which is the World Health Organisation (WHO) for cancer research. We learn from IARC and we cooperate with them. We quote their website:
IARC’s learning and capacity-building activities have made a substantial contribution to the development of human resources for cancer research in many countries. The two main areas of activity are capacity-building through fellowships and through young scientists’ participation in collaborative research projects and the provision of training courses, increasingly through remote and e-learning means.
Inspire2Live will not work with fellows but we definitely want to provide lectures, courses and e-learning means. For this reason, we already share our own lectures & presentations given at our congresses.
We will also ask researchers to give lectures at our World Campus sessions which take place every last Wednesday of the month. We have advocates, researchers and clinicians speak about their work to educate Inspire2Live and their relations.
We will also set up lectures with well-known researchers. They will give a state-of-the-art lecture or an overview of their own work. Also, to educate Inspire2Live and their relations.
