My contribution to Inspire2Live consists of supporting and organizing projects, preferably implementations of improved methods and treatments once they are ready to leave the “laboratory”.

First of these is the use of a healthy regime of food and sport to improve the physical condition of patients before cancer treatment. The long-term ideal would be to find and implement ways of influencing all people  to adopt healthier lifestyles. It has been overwhelmingly demonstrated that healthy lifestyle is a silver bullet that improves life, longevity and mental wellbeing for everyone. Health is not a lottery but something you can actively adopt. The problem is that the rewards are quite abstract and distant at the young age where lifestyle and life-habits develop.

My ultimate goal is to learn from my projects and to add new ways to improve the adoption of health by young people.
