Netherlands
|
Alpe d´HuZes (www.opgevenisgeenoptie.nl) is the original Dutch event. It was first organized in 2006 when 66 cyclists climbed the Alpe d´Huez in France six times in a single day. Since then it has grown tremendously. The sixth edition in 2011 had over 4.000 participants raising a total of more than EUR 20 million for the Dutch Cancer Society ¨KWF Kankerbestrijding (www.kwfkankerbestrijding.nl ). It is now the largest fundraising event in the Netherlands.

Belgium
|
Ven2-4Cancer (www.ven2-4cancer.com) is our Belgian event. It was first organized in 2009 when 77 cyclists climbed Mont Ventoux in France four times in one day. The second edition in 2010 had 272 participants. The third edition will be held on september 16, 2011. Funds are raised for the Flemish Cancer League / Kom op tegen Kanker (www.vlk.be).

Canada

Seymour7-4Cancer (www.seymour7-4cancer.com ) is our event in Canada. It will be organized for the first time in 2012.

United Kingdom
|
TumbleUp4Cancer (https://sites.google.com/site/tumblecyclingchallenge/home) is our event in the United Kingdom. It was organized for the first time on May 2nd 2011 on the Tumble in Wales. The second edition will take place on may 5th, 2012.

Costa Rica
|
Pocho (www.po-8.org) is our event in Costa Rica. It will be organized for the first time on February 26th 2012 on the Poas Vulcano in Costa Rica.

Skate4Life will provide an extraodinary challenge for all Norwegian (and Dutch!) enthousiasts to skate up to 200 km on a frozen lake near the Olympic town of Lillehammer in february 2012. More info about the event.

When will there be an event in my country?
If your country is not listed above, then plans to organize an event in your country have not yet been initiated. You can, of course, participate in one of the existing events. They are all open to inhabitants of other countries. Please go to the relevant website and apply.
